You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation email and following the instructions on your screen.
If your reservation includes a booking fee, please note that this is non-refundable.
It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has occurred.
Cancellation fees are non-refundable if a non-cancelable, non-refundable rate is selected. Fees are also non-refundable depending on the rate selected for flexible offers if cancelled 3 days prior to arrival, the first night without extras is charged and non-refundable. If cancelled on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable.
In case of cancellation, if you have paid online all or part of the reservation, this amount will be returned to you after deduction of the cancellation fee (except for non-cancellable non-refundable offers).
The hotel will pre-authorize the amount of the first night.
Your room or apartment will be available at the reception desk from the time indicated below
On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment by the time indicated below. Failure to meet this deadline may result in an additional night's charge.
It is recommended that you use the "Comments or Additional Information" box on the reservation form to notify us of your estimated arrival time, especially if it is late.

Hotel La Manufacture
To make a reservation for a Service available on the Site, the Client may contact our hotel reservation service from Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day, at +33 (0)1 45 35 45 25 (price of a local call).
For all questions related to the proper execution of a Service booked on the Site (requests for additional information, modification or cancellation of a reservation), the Customer is invited to contact the Hotel directly: the Hotel's contact information is indicated in the e-mail and the reservation confirmation page and on the Hotel's file on the Site.
For any remarks and/or complaints relating to a reservation of a Service on the Site (complaint, non-performance or poor performance of the Service), the customer service department is at your disposal:
- By telephone, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, at +33 (0)1 45 35 45 25 (price of a local call) ;
- By e-mail, to the following hotel address: firstname.lastname@example.org ;

In order to facilitate the processing of complaints, it is recommended that complaints relating to the non-performance or poor performance of the Services be sent to the customer service department in writing within eight (8) days of the date of performance of the Service.
In his relations with the customer service department, the Client undertakes to remain courteous and not to make any derogatory remarks about the Establishment or its employees/collaborators, in compliance with the rules of common sense and politeness. The Hotel La Manufacture reserves the right to take any appropriate action against the Client in the event of prejudicial or reprehensible behaviour (particularly untoward, malicious or insulting), particularly with regard to the Establishment, the entities in its group or its employees or collaborators.
For the Accommodation Services (reservation of rooms in an Establishment or other types of accommodation), the Customer is reminded that he/she does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, and this in accordance with Article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code which excludes this right for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services which must be provided on a specific date or at a specific time.
For each reservation of Service, the Special Conditions specify the modalities of cancellation and/or modification of the reservation.
Reservations with prepayment cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Deposits (amounts paid in advance) will not be refunded. In this case, it is mentioned in the Special Conditions.
When the Special Conditions allow it:
- the cancellation of a reservation for a Service can be made directly on the Site via the "Modify or cancel a reservation" section;
- the modification of a reservation for a Service can be made directly on the Site via the "Modify or cancel a reservation" section or directly with the Establishment, whose contact information, particularly telephone number, is specified on the confirmation of the reservation sent by e-mail.
In case of interruption of a Service due to the Client, the full amount of the agreed price will be collected. In the case of a reservation with prepayment before the stay, no refund will be granted.
The Client must leave the room before the time indicated by the establishment. Failure to do so will result in an additional night's stay being charged.
The General Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any protective imperative provisions that may be applicable in the country of residence of consumers.
The Client is informed by the Hotel La Manufacture of the possibility of having recourse, in the event of a dispute relating to the present General Conditions, to a conventional mediation procedure or to any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions provided for in Title I of Book VI of the Consumer Code.
After having referred the matter to the Establishment in an attempt to resolve the dispute amicably, and in the event of a negative response or the absence of a response within sixty (60) days from the date of referral, the Customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator - BP 80303 - 75823 Paris Cedex 17 for the Hotel La Manufacture.

- Referral to the Mediation officer may be made within twelve (12) months of the first complaint.

The entry of the required banking information and the acceptance of these General Conditions and Special Conditions by electronic means constitutes an electronic contract between the parties which is proof between the parties of the reservation of the Service and of the payability of the sums due in execution of said reservation.
The General Terms and Conditions and the applicable Special Terms and Conditions express the entirety of the parties' obligations. No other condition communicated by the Client may be integrated into them.
In case of contradiction between the Special Conditions and the General Conditions, the Special Conditions will be the only ones applicable for the obligation in question. In case of contradiction between, on the one hand, the general conditions of any kind of a partner and, on the other hand, the present General Conditions, the stipulations of the present General Conditions shall be the only ones applicable for the obligation in question.
If one or more stipulations of the General Conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will keep all their force and their scope.
The authentic language is French. If the General Conditions are translated into a foreign language, the French language will prevail over any other translation in case of dispute, litigation, difficulty of interpretation or execution of the present conditions and more generally concerning the relations existing between the parties.
The Client acknowledges and accepts that Hotel La Manufacture may transfer these General Terms and Conditions as well as all the rights and obligations attached thereto to any third party, without the Client's prior written consent. The Client accepts that such assignment releases the Hotel La Manufacture for the future. The Client may not transfer the General Conditions or the rights and obligations attached thereto to third parties without the prior written agreement of the Hotel La Manufacture.
In accordance with article L.223-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers who do not wish to be the subject of commercial prospecting by telephone can register free of charge on an opposition list to telephone canvassing. This list is accessible via the following site: www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
