A journey into van Gogh’s greatest masterpieces!

The Louis Vuitton Foundation honors the Courtauld Collection, from February 20 to June 17, 2019. More than 110 Impressionist works that belonged to the industrialist Samuel Courtauld, including Van Gogh's Band-eared Self-Portrait, are thus gathered for the first time in Paris!

The Pompidou Center is dedicating an exhibition to the artist Vasarely, from February 6 to May 6, 2019. This exhibition is the first French retrospective devoted to the father of optical art for more than 50 years.

The 13th Art will be one of the biggest theaters of the left bank.

HISTORY OF THE MONUMENT

Rue Mouffetard is the heart of a picturesque and lively district with ancient and provincial streets punctuated by hidden gardens, medieval houses and remains of the wall of Philippe Auguste. These first immigrants have largely moved to other parts of the city and the 13th is now considered a transitional stage after the arrival in France of new Chinese expatriates. Teas with a thousand perfumes, typical cuisines, dishes with Asian motifs, Chinese herbal medicine, incense shops ... Journey to the heart of Asia in the heart of Paris.
